Often these life impacting decisions get taken by them under influence of others and without fully understanding the factors involved  (their individual strengths & weaknesses) or knowing fully about the options available and their suitability for them ( world of work ).  

With a new career paradigm establishing itself and a range of new and emerging technologies impacting all disciplines, economies and industries the problem for students is further increased. • The ability to plan, adopt, skill, learn, re-learn for successful career transitions across one's lifetime is becoming an urgent and essential skill. We expose the students to help discover resources for the same.
